Thomas Coughlan
Tom is a Director of the IICPD, Chairperson of IILA and Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland where he sits on the Regulation of Practice Committee. Tom is solicitor with 25 years of practice experience as both an employed solicitor and as a principal of his own Firm. Tom will talk about the practitioner’s perspective of legal practice in the modern world. He will consider how to recognise the signs of burnout and strategies to deal with them.

Edward Finn
Edward is a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He founded One Arena in Cork in 2016 www.onearena.ie and regularly consults with large and small companies on employee wellbeing, including fitness, lifestyle and nutritional assessment. Edward will share insights into the physical, emotional, and mental pillars necessary for sustainable workplace performance.
