Anne Marie Crowley www.amcrowleycoaching.com is a Coach and Trainer in Behavioural Change, specialising in supporting the development of leaders, managers, businesses and teams. Her experience spans 30+ years in Ireland’s Self-Employed, SME, Multi-National and Public Sectors. They are working privately and in collaboration with UCC, IMI and Consultancies, Anne Marie’s clients for coaching and training span a wide range of people and organisations from SMEs in legal/financial/tech services to large Corporates in technology/pharma to public service organisations such as An Garda Síochána. Dave www.conexion.ie is a human resource management postgraduate of UCC, working in retail and global biopharmaceutical across human resources, lean six sigma and finance. He later worked as Head of human resources for a multi-national cybersecurity company. He is the founder of organisational HR consultancy Conexion.ie® specialising in biopharma and related companies. A keynote speaker on organisational connection and people leadership, Dave also part-time lectures in human resource and talent management with UCC.
