Aideen Shannon is an accredited Executive Coach, Mentor and Wellbeing Consultant. Aideen is passionate about building healthy and safe workplaces for people to be well@work. She is committed to the mission of assisting employers cultivate sustainable wellbeing in organisations through their policies, practices, and culture for long-term change. She has over 30 years’ experience in in Human Resources Management and is also trained in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence & Empathy, with further study in both Ireland and the US in the areas of positive psychology and neuroscience. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership in Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace.

Mary Cummins is an accredited Executive and Leadership Coach, Trainer and Facilitator and has worked in the private, public, university and voluntary sectors. A former Senior Leader of a large public sector organisation, Mary is passionate about Leadership, driven by the belief that empowering individuals leads to organisational success. With a particular expertise in Transformational Leadership, where a culture of trust, growth and innovation is fostered, she believes this style to be particularly effective in helping navigate uncertainty and lead teams effectively through change.
Mary has had several articles published in both local and national newspapers on the topic of leadership. Among her many qualifications, she has studied Psychology to degree level and has an M.A. in Learning and Development.
