Joe Cassidy is the Assistant Principal with Tailte Eireann, Registration Division with over 13 years of experience working in property registration with the PRA, now Tailte Eireann

 

 

Ruth Cannon BL is a practicing barrister specialising in all aspects of land law, conveyancing, landlord and tenant law and probate law. She appears regularly before the High Court and Circuit Courts in respect of disputes in these areas as well as providing opinions and advice on non-litigious matters in the same areas. Ruth currently lectures in property law and evidence law at Technological University Dublin and is an editor of the Conveyancing and Property Law Journal.
