Introduction


The personal injuries guidelines are now in place for more than three years. There have been many superior court cases on the validity of the guidelines and the implementation of the guidelines. This webinar will look at the guidelines themselves and analyse the caselaw which has emerged over the last three years in relation to the guidelines and personal injuries law more generally.

Daniel Cronin is a Senior Counsel with expertise in personal injuries law and also land & conveyancing law.
