Byron Wade B.L
Byron Wade B.L. is a barrister, practising mainly in the areas of equity and probate, with some medical negligence also. He acts in contested equity and probate suits, and opines on title. In addition to his work for private clients, for over a decade and a half he has been conveyancing and equity counsel for a large semi-state organisation. He has a particular interest in righting defective titles, whether through declaratory suits (for possessory title), dispensation bids (for farms and other registered land) and enfranchisement (buying out ground rents and freeholds in urban areas and towns). He has written articles for the Bar Review, Law Society Gazette, Medico-Legal Journal of Ireland, The Irish Examiner etc.
Ruth Cannon BL
Ruth Cannon BL is a practicing barrister specialising in all aspects of land law, conveyancing, landlord and tenant law and probate law. She appears regularly before the High Court and Circuit Court in respect of disputes in these areas as well as providing opinions and advice on non-litigious matters in the same areas. Ruth currently lectures in property law and evidence law at Technological University Dublin and is an editor of the Conveyancing and Property Law Journal.
