Dr. Shane McCarthy
Shane is a practising solicitor with Fitzgerald Legal & Advisory LLP in Cork. He is a Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland and currently serving on: Regulation of Practice Committee (Vice Chair), Criminal Law Committee (Vice Chair), Human Rights & Equality Committee, Mental Health & Capacity Task Force, Practice Support & Communications Committee, Mental Health Law & Capacity Task Force, Professional Wellbeing Steering Group.

AnneMarie Whelan BL
AnneMarie is Lead Regulatory Consultant and CEO with RegSol. As a former practising Barrister who converted to regulatory compliance in 2014, she has developed expertise in areas of Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Protection and Data Protection. She regularly presents at industry events on these topics.
AnneMarie is named MLRO for a credit union and has assisted numerous clients in the development of AML/CFT frameworks across the range of designated persons in Ireland.
