Session 1
Greater Self-Awareness for Self-Management & Effective Collaboration
Introduction
Deepening our self-awareness assists us in understanding who we truly are, our preferences and ultimately, our own potential. It is the first step in leadership, career planning and emotional intelligence. It is the first step to personal and professional growth.
Personality awareness clearly identifies strengths, potential blind spots, and preferred working styles and environments. It can also provide useful insight into how people interact with each other and the world around them, assisting with communication and dealing with stress, amongst other areas. This information helps people improve both their work and personal relationships in a productive and constructive way.
