TWO HOURS OF CLIENT CARE & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THIS WEBINAR

Introduction

In a constantly evolving legal environment, staying informed on compliance and legal costs is essential. This CPD event offers key updates from industry experts on two crucial areas: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and legal cost recovery.

Joan Bourke, Senior Manager at Xeinadin, will provide an overview of current AML practices, including customer due diligence, suspicious transaction reporting, and risk assessments. Denis Shelly, an expert in legal costs, will explain the recent changes in adjudication procedures and the importance of Section 150 Notices. Finally, Noel Roarty will offer practical advice on recovering professional fees and the role of file maintenance in this process.

This event will equip you with practical knowledge to enhance your compliance and cost recovery practices.
