Speaker | Joan Bourke
Joan Bourke is a Senior Manager at Xeinadin and holds various legal and compliance advisory roles across the various entities of Xeinadin. Joan also works on the Xeinadin Insolvency Team, which offers a broad array of services, including personal insolvency, bankruptcy and debt restructuring.
Joan is a graduate of the University of Limerick and holds an L.L.B. (Hons.) Degree in Law & European Studies and is a qualified solicitor. Joan holds professional membership of the Law Society of Ireland and the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI). Before joining the firm, Joan worked for a top 10 leading Irish law firm and two other Dublin-based law firms.

Noel Roarty is the Managing Director of Roarty & Co. Legal Costs Accountants . He has worked in legal costs since 2001. His journey in the legal field began in various roles, which equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of legal costs. Noel is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Legal Costs Accountants (FILCA).
