Introduction

The skill of map reading is frequently needed in the work of busy solicitors. Conveyancers need to read maps as do litigators in right of way disputes, planning cases, licensing applications and boundary disputes. Boundary disputes are a staple of litigation practice and have given rise to important recent case law.

This webinar is in two parts. Paudie Barry, principal of Baseline Surveys, will present an introduction to mapping for the non-specialist. Daniel Cronin S.C. will examine the law on boundary disputes with a focus on the recent case law.
